Wayne is just fabulously organized and efficient. We contacted CrateCo in November last year to crate our belongings for shipping to Australia. He came to quote within a day… goods were wrapped and packaged within a week. But because we were not going to send until 6 months into the new year, we were faced with a dilemma of where to keep the crate. Not only did he offer to keep our crate safe for us until then, he also didn’t complain when we extended that period by another 3 months. He then went out of his way to help us find a shipper… and supervised the handover to our selected shipping company. He elected to send us photos of the whole process as we were overseas at the time. Thank you Wayne & team! It was always a pleasure working with you. Always friendly and helpful. Service of a high standard. May your business always prosper. We would recommend this company to anyone wishing to box up their possessions for removal.
