Long story short, Parents used them to move to Cape Town. We Move Cars damaged the wheel with a strap. Because they did not report this on collection: Tinashe said that We Move Cars are not responsible!? The cars where dirty, and my parents only saw the damage when they cleaned the car the next day. Noting every single blemish on collection would be hugely time consuming and someone there would have realised that this damage was caused. If you care about your car, and honesty from the company transporting it. Perhaps look elsewhere. They'd clearly rather keep quiet and hope you don't notice their mistakes before you sign out.
We have had the worst experience with this company. Our car was collected on Thursday and supposed to arrive in JHB on Tuesday, Monday morning we get a message it is going to arrive Tuesday, Monday evening we get a message, sorry there is a problem it will only arrive Friday. Friday comes and we get a message that they had another problem and we might get our car on Sunday... over a week later!!! This is a small unreliable company with unreliable moving trucks. My advice is pay the extra one or two thousand rand and move your car with a reliable company with reliable trucks and decent customer service. The owner said to my husband, "whats wrong, dont you have another car" - while we have another small car, we actually only have 1 family car that can fit my whole family- which is still on the truck! This has been disgraceful.
Despite the lofty promises of service and "looking after their clients", this company could not offer any solution, help or suggestions on how to move a canopy from JHB to CPT "because it is an insurance issue". I am not impressed.
PATHETIC service, firstly the were late on picking up my car and then they were 2 days late on delivering my car, but wait there is more. when delivered there was a huge dent and scratches on my front bumper , please never use this company!
Thank you for excellent service. I had a trailer build in Cape Town and within 3 days my brandnew trailer was delivered to Boksburg.
Even though they could not assist, they at least responded to my e-mail enquiry promptly! Something few companies seem to do these days.
