Worst online customer services ever. I ordered online 11 January 23 and never heard anything after. I tried to reach out via Twitter, no response. I then called their customer service on the 17th only to be told they didn't have my size. If i hadnt called they were happy to take my money and keep it pushing, they can't guarantee ever having my size on that design. I must wait for up to 2 weeks to get a refund.

The two Staff members on Sat 8 April incompetent, unfriendly & unprofessional- put what I wanted down & walked out

This shop has lost its sparkle and looks more and more like a cheap Chinese shop

Was served by a gentleman by the name of SIHLE he was so patient with me and helped with everything I needed as it was my first time. I left the shop and ended up coming back to get more. Thank you so much for the fantastic service

Well run shop thumbs up

We've only ordered twice, but on the second time there was an incorrect size sent. We've been emailing, calling and texting on Messenger but have had no response. On the rare occasion someone will pickup the phone and then promise that someone from the online store will contact me shortly. But they never do. This has been ongoing since December 4th and we are starting to lose our patience. Hoping that this review will get some attention now!
