CrossFit 10 Star ( http://www.crossfit10star.co.za/ ) is a CrossFit affiliated training facility in Centurion, that caters for all types of fitness enthusiasts and people wanting to improve their quality of life. CrossFit 10 Star focuses on improving our clients “General Physical Preparedness” through the CrossFit methodology complimented by various other training techniques. Our facility offers a wide variety of equipment and exercise techniques categorized within but not limited to the following modalities – mono structural metabolic conditioning or “cardio”, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, power lifting and Olympic lifting.

I've been with CF10Star for more than a year and I love it. The coaches are awesome. The facility has everything you need. This is my second family. Give it a go. It will change your life forever!

I used to work out here. It’s a good CF box to go to and get your fitness on! Really anyone can join - I was a beginner that didn’t know anything about CF but Lani and her trainers helped me to build a proper fitness foundation.

Have been part of the box for close to 2 months and loving the vibe and WODs. Highly recommended!

Great gym and friendly helpful coaches. The gym is always clean and tidy and they adhere to to strict Covid cleanliness measures. Everyone is welcome, from the novice to the erficienado.

Great gym very different, it's you orientation with small classes also there is a sense of one-one trainer to a member
