Quality workouts, great coaching, and an amazing, uplifting community of people. It's not about ego, but technique and how far you can push yourself. Classes are an hour with the Workout of the Day already worked out and a coach to guide you. Many class-times to choose from daily.

Good place and exercise

Love this place. Starting CrossFit changed my life and I became the best person I can possibly be. The mental and physical challenges makes you a stronger person, and with an amazing coach and friendly members, the possibilities are endless. Best coaching i have ever experienced in a box all over the world. Ruhan looks at all form and coach by example. Outstanding. Will drop in again. Nelspruit is spoiled...

It's a cross fit gym in a vissible area and it's easy for the local residents to walk to get there.
