Smaller more personal gym than the big commercial gyms, which suits my tastes. If you a regular staff gets to know you and is always friendly. Some issues with equipment but maintenance is ongoing and new equipment added. Presently trying to respond to changing fitness trends of the public.

Could not care less about the kids that swim here. I would rate it 0 out of 5 if that was an option. Water temp shocking. When the pump is eventually working then they top up the swimming pool in the middle of the day when the kids are here. Have you never heard of a timer. Do you know that the taps also work at night. Useless.

This place is scammers dont go to this training edge i was on school Gr10 and tried to open an account and they told me i did it wrong i must come back and fixed it now a year later almost 1.5 years snyman calls me and telling my i own them 13 000 rand for what not even gyming one time didnt even get a card or tagg i was on a contract of 200 for 24 months no but i own them 13 000 now i send my pay slip with is so low they go for me down to 7800 Don't go here they ruined my life yours will be also believe me

A great gym, especially for people who find the bigger franchises a little impersonal. There are always friendly and helpful staffs available.

Love the gym just wish we had some high tech gym equipment and more variety. Staff are always very friendly and helpful

I loved training there, its a bit old but its not too busy so i loved it.

Great place to do some exercise. Well located and friendly staff.

With the swimming pool and sauna this is one of the best and affordable fitness centres.
