Lucy is super super super helpful, patient and kind. I never received this kind of service anywhere else. She tried to find the best price for me and there was problem during payment but she stayed with me for so late. She finished work at 11pm but as soon as she arrived home, she tried to contact me until 2am just to accommodate my request. Absolutely unbelievable with Lucy’s service. The customer support that was offered by one of the agents Amber Cruz, was very helpful. She stayed on the line with me patiently until I completed all the steps, and helped me through every question I had. Overall the service was excellent, and she was very patient, went above and beyond to handle my query.

I read some of the earlier reviews of Crystal Travel which were positive. Having now used them, I can confirm that my own experience was also very positive. I dealt with Garry who secured our return flight to Mexico at a very good price with my requirements of baggage and maximum time of flights met. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I booked 2 multi stop tickets to India with Ronald who was professional from start to finish.  He emailed me the details to go through and explained all the modification and cancellation options clearly. Once checked over I processed the payment via the payment link he sent. Ronald also booked my preferred seats for me at no extra cost. I got the best price vs comparison sites and other travel agents. Everything was so simple and clear. Once booked I checked on Air India online portal and all my flight details and confirmation of seats, terms were exactly as agreed.  This is my second time using Crystal Travel and definitely not the last. Thank you.

Absolutely exceptional service from Veronica Brooks. From the moment of our first phone call, she was fantastic and really assisted me in making sure booking the tickets went off without a hitch. I was looking for a last minute ticket for my mum to travel to Nairobi due to an emergency inc. with assistance and return flight. She was patient with all my questions and went out of her way to assure me that all would be handled.  Veronica called back exactly when she said she would and sent through all of the information I needed and to follow up. I’ll definitely be calling on her again for my next trip.

Please avoid using this travel agency; the majority of the positive ratings are false; they abruptly changed the destination of my trip; and once, when the abrupt change left me stranded in a foreign country, they refused to assist me. I slept in the chilly airport for the last 48 hours. Thank goodness, my family assisted me in returning home. I ended up not even travelling to the location I had originally planned to see. Guys, please be careful!
