Worst travel agency i’ve seen. We booked three tickets to Istanbul, but they were never issued to the airline company, they tried to justify it by saying “ we forgot to!” We called them over and over but no one answered the phone. They are typical fraud, don’t try to book tickets or travel through them.
Worst customer service ever we booked 8 tickets and they sent only 3 tickets and we missed the flight because of them and we kept calling until they gave us the tickets then when we arrived there was no bus to pick us up to the hotel and when we arrived to the hotel there was no reservation for us don’t trust them !!!
The price we got to antalya was fairly good. We loved the hotel Sherwood exclusive. Though our tour guide in Antalya “Haitham” tried to take 50 dollars from me for a room upgrade claiming that the hotel receptionist asked for 50 dollars . When I asked the hotel receptionist if they had recieved the 50 dollars , they said that he gave them 5 dollars instead but still upgraded our room. “Haitham” also had gave me a SIM card to use through out the trip, then blocked my SIM card the second day with Vodafone . I think he’d done that because I caught him trying to rip me off with the 50 dollars… overall I was happy with my trip, but just watch out from the tour guides .
I highly recommend it its one of the best agencies my honeymoon was extremely nice everything was accurately planned trip,accommodations,transportation even the gorgeous tours thank you sparta for everything special thanks for Ibraheem,Mousa&Hamza
Very professional, helpful staff, good price and great experience. Will travel again with them for sure!
