Very nice place, though I must say that it can get quite hot upstairs. Had their ribs and was not disappointed! Juicy and delicious.

Poor experience. Friends and I went here for a quick beer. We asked then for Guinness beer, they asked the barman and confirmed they do have it. Returned 5 minutes later to say they do not. We ordered black label instead only for the water to return and tell us Black label is not available either. Prices seem high as well.

I don't often go to Bela-Bela as I live in Pretoria but the few times I do get the chance to go on holiday I must always stop at this place for a lunch or breakfast. Food is tasty, very big portions value for money Staff is very friendly. Great vibe overall. Only problem I have is the parking lot doesn't feel safe as it's open and right next to the main road.

Another reason while you should visit a place more that once. The last time I was here the service was sluggish and definitely not should be expected of a place like this. This time around the service was great - I had to wait a while for my food, but it was well worth the wait. Nice place to stop for a drink and a quick bite on you way.

The worst service - A place you should avoid if in Bela Bela. Waited for over an hours for food, patrons who arrived after us we served before us. Management gave poor apology. If you value customer service, avoid this place at all costs!

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE !!!! WE SAT FOR OVER AN HOUR WAITING FOR FOOD ONLY TO WATCH A GROUP THAT ARRIVED AFTER US BEING SERVED. NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN TO TOP IT OFF. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GRAB A BITE ELSE WHERE!!!

Over priced. Food is tasteless, except for the Aromat on the chips. Gross. Service is slow. Music was awful too.

There was a cockroach in my food... Also cappuccino is not a latte and they burnt the waffle. So overall, meh.

Limited non alcoholic menu, but friendly saff and great food with great layout and design that makes you feel like your on holiday.

The location is ideal, however we were there fit breakfast and the service was slow, food poor and in my view, prices high
