Great food. Friendly service. T-bone cooked good! Pizza toppings very generous and juicy. Good staff.

It was really great! It was 10 minutes before closing and they still let us order food. It was really great!! Their services was fantastic and our waiter was really friendly! I'll definitely go back there! They also have gf options! Yay!!!

Food was amazing. My group and I got a pizza buffet and every couple minutes the staff would come out with various types of pizza and all of them were so tasty, and I was very interested in trying the biltong pizza that was an experience. I would have added some photos of the pizza but the food was so tasty I didn't even think of taking pictures! If I go back to South Africa for a holiday and I'm in the area I will definitely come back here.

Our favourite pizza pasta restaurant, great food and even better service and friendly amazing staff.

We were a table of ten waited 20mins for juice and coffee the restaurant wasn't even busy meals came in drips and drabs 7 people had already finished their meals when the other 3 people got their meals. Kept complaining but nothing was done, no toast, no butter had to ask for cutlery, the manager said the waffle machine takes 6min to make a waffle and it was a bit busy, I was like ja right that's why it took over an hour and I never saw any waffles coming past us so that was bull s#!%. Shocking service will never go there again!!!!

We had a young man that served us and he was very nice and friendly, he was new at the job and we enjoyed him allot, it's nice to see cultures intertwine together it makes the country rich. the pasta and pizzas were great of taste and the desserts are delicious!

Asked for advice on sub. Was told it was small. So I asked for an extra topping. The sub ended up being too big. The meal took too long and there was too much tomatoes. Flies were a problem

Very poor service... staff has no interest in customer care. Will never visit again. So a few days after i post the above re: my experience at Bela Bela, i get a call from Panarottie customer care. I never thought that some one from Panarotis acutally reads the online post... this is great. None the less, the lady i spoke to was very apologetic. They mentioned this would be investigated and i will get feedback, lets wait and see.... not long after the call was made i get another call from the store trying to resolve the issue as well... Moral of this post, guys post your good and bad experiences someone is reading them to act on it.... Well done to Panarottis on this one, hopefully the will see this through to the end.
