Fairly neat and secure living space in a village. Play park for children's, gate is LOCKED, so no one can enjoy the park. Security doesn't have a key. Even the open park has no functioning apparatus for the youngsters, except trees

Amazing Estate, well secured, spacious..
Its been 10 years living in Bardale village. Its a good place to stay in; secured, safe even if I am away for holidays I dont worry about burglary, quiet, children are safe and have enough playgrounds and parks.
This complex is a glorified township cause nobody cares about safety & security. Looks pretty from outside but not so pretty from the inside. In the 5 months I've lived here, I've been almost broken into twice. The lady who apparently "manages" this place and I say "manages" in air quotes cause she hardly does anything. When matters are reported to her she's often defensive, careless and never bothers to take any issue concerning security with the seriousness it deserves. When questioned about the quality of security, the manager tells you about quotes made for putting proper security systems in place. Almost 6 months later, the developer is still getting quotes for secutiy systems that should have been installed already. Whenever there's an emergency in the complex, like catching a security gaurd attempting to break into your place, no one attends to it urgently to ensure your safety. You're better off not reporting it to the portfolio manager at all. If you are thinking of moving to Bardale Village under the impression that it's a security complex. I'd advise you look elsewhere, where the safety and security of the residents is of paramount importance. This isn't the place.
Quite nice rocked up there to pick up some goodies I bought online, until 2 female residents and security started swearing at each other!!!!! Any ways just my 2 cents.
