I rented through Grosch for the last 2 years. I’ve received good service as a tenant from them. Always friendly and professional. It’s good to have a leasing agent who is always available to assist when I have questions.
Myself and my husband wanted to sell our house with an different agency. Decided to sign a sole mandate for 3 months and really could not get anyone to buy our house within those 3 months. I am very Impressed by the excellent service I received from Dirk Smit from Grosch Kuilsriver, starting from the advises he gave, My house was in the market for just a day, and the next day there was a buyer, he was very professional, helpful, transparent and ethical, I was worried about the house jacking as I leave in Pretoria, he went as far as helping me find someone to look after my house, I really enjoyed working with him, he will update me all the way, the entire process only took two months, cant ask for more.
From day one, Maureen Mashonga has been there- above and beyond- in every aspect. From the showing to the final sale and every bump the road, Maureen was there to hold my hand. Maureen sold the property to us 4 Or 5 years ago, so when we spoke about selling Maureen was the first person that we thought of. She is not just a broker, but has also become a friend. I know some of the stuff she did was not in her job description. My property was sold in just one day for full asking price. She always got right back to us and answered every question.
