We had an amazing experience working with Dawie as our estate agent during our first property purchase. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We had the privilege to work with Dawie during the search for our perfect house. For more than a year we kept in constant contact to secure our forever home. Dawie is one of the most hardworking people I know. Available 24/7 and never misses an appointment. Dawie played an integral role during back and forth negotiations and he helped us secure the property at a price both acceptable to us and the seller. Dawie’s attention to detail and eagerness to help really stood out. I can highly recommend Dawie to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.
I have bought and sold many properties over the years, but Dawie is the best agent I have met and worked with to date.
Very disappointed. We purchased a house with Dawie as our estate agent and now that we are experiencing serious issues less than a month in the new house, he just keep stating he cannot help us. During the sale all was well, but now the after service is just missing. We are aware he took a cut in his commission to assist us in getting the offer accepted, but telling us this the whole time is also not fair. He only did this to not loose out on the deal completely as we were his last chance to make any money on the property. Another agent also had an offer on the house. If it was too little commission why not just let it slide? He said he never checked the property for defects, but came back and said the owner said nothing is wrong, but 28 days in we already have to replace the whole roof and there seems to be other issues still waiting in the shadows.
