Rubin was very helpful and friendly. As a first time buyer who was very nervous he's friendly demeanor put me at ease and he explained everything in detail and was always able to answer all of my questions. Alexander Swart's service is a uttermost disgrace and they are unprofessional. Will never do business with them again. Highly disappointed. I would like to warn everyone to be careful in doing any short of business with them.
We received professional service from the agent, Rubin, from signing of the sole mandate till the sale of the house. He’s been in constant communication with us as the sellers and is willing to come out to meet the clients any time of the day. The journey to selling our home started in January 2022 and has lasted for almost 8 months. It began with us being very enthusiastic & optimistic about the process with two agents from other property groups who didn't really give us hope with barely any viewings or interest from anyone to even put down an offer... Jason is great. I just have one issue, I was told that I would pay bond registration costs only but the OTP states other costs which I am responsible for. I have asked Jason to provide me with a reassurance in writing that I am only liable for bond reg. I would absolutely appreciate it.
