Our Agent NEVER answer any of our phone calls - not during working hours or after hours. Her customer service is disappointing to say the least. Although the principal replied to this review and I sent an email I was never responded too nor the problems we are facing at our rental property are adressed. We are currently living in a mould invested rental property and nothing is being done to correct this health concern. Along with multiple other issues in the property. Good luck trying to get your appointed agent to assist, but yet they get commission from the rental agreement.

Just can't say enough good things about Mari Marx, she really went out of her way to assist us with finding a place to live. Have dealt with many people in her profession over the years and she exceeded our expectations and then some. Will definitely recommend her and House of Realtors.

Sonia du Plessis from House of Realtors was the estate agent who handled the sale of our house. What a fantastic estate agent she is! She really cares about her clients, buyers and sellers alike. I highly recommend this amazing honest, trustworthy estate agent for the sale of property. Awesome agent indeed!

Lets see if after 8 months and 100s of mails if they attend to the molded carpets in our rented home. Or perhaps the bent and rusted blinds and door handles... Or maybe the broken bedroom cupboard.

This is one of the worst agents to rent from. They only focus on the owner and not the lessee. If you would like to rent a unit anywhere, avoid House of Realtors who do not care about the lessee!
