What a blessing it was to have Pieter and his assistant, Liezel, guide us through this process. Not only did Pieter's advice and input led to selling our house for more than full price, but he also managed to find us a new home within a week! We are EXTREMELY grateful! We were expertly guided through process, procedures and pitfalls. Ongoing, relevant information regarding progress was provided throughout. We would like to thank Amanda from Louw & Coetzee Properties for her excellent service throughout the process of purchasing our dream home! Amanda was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences and worked diligently to help us find a home that was the perfect fit. Even the aftersales communication was exceptional! Throughout the buying process, Amanda was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance, making what can often be a stressful experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Pieter is in my view the best estate agent. It is evident that he always strive to act in the best interest of both the seller and buyer. Treat everyone with the greatest respect and keep everyone informed all the time. Dealing with him and his assistant, Liesel, is just a pleasant experience!
This is an easy 5 star plus review. If there were more stars we would have used it. A friend recommended Chrismari de Kock and what a blessing to have worked with her and her team. We could not be in Cape Town for the much needed maintenance and repairs before selling our house. Chrismari took charge and arranged EVERYTHING. From pool and garden repairs to painting, styling and marketing. We loved the fact that they were prepared to discuss the various options with us. Our house sold within a week!!!! Thank you also to the rest of L&C for their efficient communication and service.
The absolute BEST agents! We had world class service from Marthinus and Deon, who made selling our flat an absolute breeze. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, and made us feel like a priority. Thank you so much to the L&C Team, you guys rock!
We’ve made contact with Pieter last year June and we’ve been on this journey for a year now. All the advise and input he gave us we welcome with an open mind. So far we have to thank him and his team for being so selfless and patient with us as we’re trying to sell our house and to find our next house we can call home. Thanks a million Pieter de Swart and Liezel Traut.
Based on the below reviews I dodged a bullit. Nonetheless horrible seems like they don't cater for black people, cause I was hoping to rent a property , viewed the place and the lady Juanita Weise. After whatapp and email asked for application. 4 days later I get a property not available reply. Dissapointing I guess my money will go to use somewhere else.. Thanksfor nothing
We chose to use Louw & Coetzee to sell our property. It was fortunate that we had at least 6 months to prepare our house for sale. Pieter De Swardt was the agent involved, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was with us from the start, guiding us to what we needed to renovate and modernize in our old house in order to make it attractive to buyers. We followed his advice. When it came to putting the house on the market, it was an incredibly quick experience. No ShowHouse every Sunday as in the past, there was not even a For Sale board put up outside. It was listed on Property24 by Pieter De Swardt, within 24 hours Louw & Coetzee had obtained about 15 interested buyers, the next evening was a ShowHouse for one hour where buyers were invited. The next day 3 full offers were made, one of which we signed immediately. In conclusion this was a fantastic experience and together with his assistant Liezel Traut, Pieter De Swardt was really great to work with.
Pieter de Swardt and Liezel Traut were the agents involved with the purchase of our property and they were absolutely stellar. They made the whole process effortless and were available day or night to answer any and all questions. We would highly recommend not only them, but the company as a whole. Would definitely work with them again. Thanks for the hard work and diligence.
Pieter De Swardt and Liezel Traut of the Durbanville branch are simply the best! I have worked with realtors all over the world and never seen anyone come close to their level of professionalism and organization skills. And to top it off they are a pleasure to work with and very understanding in their coordination of each aspect of a property sale and appreciation of their clients needs.
