We bought pizzas on the 13/12/21. 5 of which were triple deckers. The bottom filling was very patchy as was the cheese on top making the pizza dry and untasty. We took it back the next day as we live in Sabie and quite a drive into town. It was replaced. Please check your orders upon receiving it to save yourself the hassle and frustration of a company that obviously doesn't care about quality. We have ordered this same product from many other stores and not had a problem so please be aware that thus far it is ONLY CROSSINGS. Thank you for reading. Worst experience ever. First and last time. Don't taste good. They gave us a smaller size.
Worst Service EVER received. Why do you have a call in option if the call centre does not submit the order? I phone in so I can stop, pay and go now I had to wait 40 mins and speak to a manager before I receive my order? My order was only started after I had to complain to the manager. And then they have a terrible attitude as well. The person that placed his order after I had already waited 10 mins at the storethis is 30 mins after I had placed my order received their order before mine. If I wanted to stand and wait I would have placed the order in store!!! I will NEVER order from Debonairs ever again. You can thank your Debonairs Nelspruit Crossings team.
I truly loved the fact that I can order and just walk in and collect, with waiting. Parking: Is in a shopping center. The is always a packing available. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the is a space.
I orderd late at night 20:30 and they were so quick to deliver and the driver so patient with the network Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair paring and entrance
The food was well prepared. On the pizza that i had, there was a very little cheese on the pizza that you can actually see the base so make sure you order pizza with extra cheese

Pathetic!! Ordered two pizzas on the app and paid on the app en the driver shows up with only one pizza... The receipt shows two pizzas I don't know how you miss this. Really disappointed in this service.
I bought cram decker around closing time and it took less than 5 minutes it was ready, the pizza was super super super doughy..we couldn't even eat it, problem is I couldn't return it bcoz they were already closing and ready to go home.... But it was bad guys
It's was safe to get your pizza and eat because the have follower all the procedure of covid 19 and the staff smile on their faces is so lovely
