I normally order this pizza on Mr Delivery Debonairs Waterfall Mall, today I decided to try Magaliesview on Mr Delivery. Wow, worst decision ever. The pizza looked and tasted different from what I'm used to. The cheese topping was barely there . Didn't taste fresh and the onions tasted raw. I'm really disappointed . The slices were huge I'm used to 8 slices not 6 slices. Poor quality food. Now I'm left with an onion after taste in my mouth.
The air-conditioning system and the extractor does not work in this store and it is the middle of summer. All the heat from the oven greets you as you walk in the door and you cook in the heat waiting for your pizza. The poor employees that have to tolerate the heat for an entire shift are all sweaty and have no means to keep cool. Absolutely negligent for management to allow such terrible working and waiting conditions. You can actually see the smog and smell the weird smell of the oven.
Didn't realise bugs were on the menu. Thanks! Management has been intouch and rectified the issue. Thank you for taking the time to sort it out.
Very poor quality food... ordered through Mr D. Food was cold and tasted like it was a few days old... three cheeses. update: refund was done through Mr D.. thx
Yohhh where do I start? Cram decker is now R199 but they used a different Vianna chicken vianna???? I felt like I was eating raw dough. There is no flavour as well. The worst cram decker I have ever tasted. Not worth the price. Don't go to Magalies guys, try elsewhere
The place is constantly busy, and the reason why can only be for the awesome, tastiest pizza made by Debonairs.Food: 5/5
Disappointing experience. I placed my order 30 minutes before I arrived to collect in-store and the food was not ready. The chef claimed that they are busy, but yet the store is empty and there are no pizzas on the waiting shelve. While the so-called chef was busy preparing my order, she told me to wait 5 minutes as my pizza is in the oven. I will never buy from this store again!! So I ended up waiting 45min for my order and the store did not have stock of the drink that I ordered.
I had a very disappointing experience. They didn’t have the ingredients to a pizza I had already ordered and paid for and instead of charging me less, I was offered a pizza with cheese and pineapple. I ordered a four seasons mind you . The shop attendants also treat you like THEY are doing you a favour as if you aren’t a paying customer or as if YOU finished their ingredients. Overall the experience is not an enjoyable one. If you want a mediocre pizza with below average service then sure, otherwise invest your money elsewhere.

This was an email I was trying to send but apparently the email doesn't work‍. Good day, My name is Mary and I'm your unhappy customer. Today at 18h41 I placed an order as I thought the food would be here quicker. I have never had such bad service in my life, wait for food for 2 hours from a fast food joint? I tried calling but no answered, not even 1 person had the decency to call me and tell me what was wrong. My son was so excited but he didn't get to even enjoy it since it got here late. Very disappointing and extremely heartbroken. On your app it showed that the order was completed, I thought maybe they sent it to the wrong house or maybe they simply forgot. I stay 450m from Roman's pizza and 1,9km from Debonairs, please tell me why I should remain your customer and why my order was accepted if they were at capacity. Regards, Mary Maimane.
