Ordered pizza yesterday and asked to swap ground beef with mozzarella. My food came out with ground beef and it's not the first time
So I've been to this place a few times by now and each time, whether it's peak hours or not, the restaurant is always 'dirty' if I may say. The staff takes ages to clear tables and clean them and the furniture stools are usually here and there. The handwash basin is also not hygienic at all. Otherwise the service is not too bad when ordering in person, the staff is friendly.
Experience very bad I have ordered pizza from 11 am still now is 15:41 still I haven't received my order...
Truly disappointed.. the delivery service is horrible.. delivery guys don't carry mobile phones... How on earth do you deliver without a means of communication.. Waiting for a single order for so long I'm not even sure if I'll receive this order.. you guys really need to start taking your customers seriously or just cancel delivery..
Service was horrible!!! I ordered pizza at 13:30 and it has still not arrived. I called the call center and they came up with excuses telling me that there's nothing they can do, I should call the store. I finally went to the store at around 6pm and ordered, the order took more than an hour and the pizza was horrible. The 3rd base had no toppings, some of the crust was under cooked, the other was dry. I will NEVER NEVER again buy Debonairs pizza. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating!
I'm going to be honest again, everything is bad at debonairs Thabong shopping center but due to the fact that I love it so much I buy it despite the circumstances that come with it, when you ask them to deliver they take a very long time you even forget that you are waiting for your food To be delivered, again when the food is being delivered ,you get the box of your pizza not in a good state ,the triple decker -sweet chili I ordered it was so flat you'd say there's nothing in between the 3 slices and then they pour ALOT of sweet chili sauce, so basically I ate 3 slices of the triple decker and the sweet chili sauce I couldn't taste all the other ingredients /toppings but the sweet chilisauce and when it was delivered is was very cold .The other day I asked for extra cheese only to find out all of that cheese I asked for was all on top of the box I'm still disappointed. This is actually sad. I don't even remember a day ordering pizza from debonairs Thabong shopping center without a fault, never
The base of the Debonairs at Thabong shopping centre was empty without any toppings, the 2nd and the 3rd time I went There the base were old and dry only the toppings wear freshly made,I've had many bad experience with Debonairs pizza with the same mistakes,my only weakness is that I'm a fan, I'm always hoping for the best and for them to improve but they always disappoint. This isn't the Only Debonairs that has disappointed me ,most of them always disappoint me.
I ordered from Thabong shopping center... first the lady who took my order, said that I must have cash and that all their cashless are being serviced. At least they delivered within the 40min. The pizza was not hot and worst of all, the base was RAW!!! . Bear in mind that it a triple decker. Sadly , it ended up in the bin..... Won’t order Debonairs again
The service I got on the 25th was bad I ordered at 17H00 the delivered at 22H30 long after we had gone to bed and they didn't even bother to inform us nor to apologize for the poor service rendered with a very cold pizza
The worst service EVER!
