Dee's Cafe

The manager had no clue on what hot drinks was available from the menu and they were out on a lot of hot drinks. The hazelnut latte's syrup was at the bottom of the cup and not mixed well which left a bitter overly sweet taste towards the end of the latte of the take away cup and the Mochachino was overwhelming sweet. There is no prices on the items that are on the shelf, you have to keep asking for prices in this coffee shop which is ridiculous. The coffee shop closes before visiting hours ends in the evening,by the time you get to the hospital and place and order,you are rushed and told "we are closing".

Disgusted at the owner’s attitude tried to tell him no cream in his coffee shop instead had a lot to say scone is served dry if u want butter or add ons pay 2 customers in Total n heard the word I’m busy several times clearly clueless as to what busy is or what a coffee shop should actually be GO VISIT OTHER HOSPITALS N UP YOUR GAME INSTEAD OF THE ATTITUDE top it up we asked if the child patient could eat with us with her room food as she has diabetic food STRAIGHT NO SO WE 7 pd upped n left

Amazing food and excellent service, we had the Alfredo Pasta and a Coffee freezo.......... definitely will eat here again if I'm at the hospital.

Staff would rather have their own conversations than help customers waited for 3 mins in front of the counter while a cashier was

Prices of your sandwiches are ridiculous, yes its a person's choice whether they buy it or not but R60 for a toasted cheese sandwich at a HOSPITAL is insane, you guys should be ashamed.

I loved it... The food, the ambiance,the staff... So far definitely the best "hospital" coffee shop I've experienced in Durban. Cafe Deluca deserves more than 5 stars ! My family and I will certainly be visiting Cafe Deluca again just to enjoy the cuisine n the coffee and not on a hospital visit! We enjoyed the friendly staff and the attention to details in both the presentation, taste, price of the food , the menu and the atmosphere aswell.... well done Cafe D. I will be back.

Food is excellent... My favorite is the new York fries n chicken strips...yummylicious!!!! And cheesecake to die for!!! Need to make a visit soon!!!

Poor service, filter coffee tasted like watered down Frisco instant coffee. I asked to new another coffee and I was given the same cup, just topped up with coffee. Over priced

Poor poor service , don't care altitude of staff . Simple sandwich took ages to come. Staff too busy talking to each than assisting patrons.
