Dekra Industrial

I went to dekra to do a vehicle inspection report. Later when I wanted to use the document I noticed that they had captured the information wrong so I decided to go back. I found a coloured lady and explained what had happened, the lady then excepted that it was a mistake that they had made when capturing the information, BUT if I wanted the document with the right information I had to pay again for another inspection because I'm the one who needs the document and in her words "it's my problem". I'm truly disappointed in this service. The fact that I must pay again for their mistake is ridiculous. That is daylight robbery.

People! I don't do this often, and should do this more! But seriously! My experience was that they are the best in the business,and their staff were the most helpful! I'll go back just for the way they treated me! Thanx you guys!!

You have to make a booking just to be safe because there are always people there. The service was quick and efficient but I arrived to my booking fifteen minutes early and still had to wait in a queue for about half an hour, before someone did the test on my car. The actual tett is about half an hour then you wait a short while for the report to be printed. All in all, not bad, but I don't know why you make a booking if you still have to wait.

The service was very poor. There was a coloured and African lady at the front desk. Both was rude and disrespectful towards customers

My experience with Dekra today was very pleasant - staff was friendly and assisted very quickly. Keep it up guys and girls.

Staff at reception are so rude!! We got told an hour to two hours, four hours later and still waiting. The reception staff refuses to do our certificate before other people that arrived hours after us, they got theirs and we still left waiting with no communication. Very rude, always shouting and making everyone feel like her job is a chore! Very very unprofessional. Will not be returning to support this business!!

Staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Also much more affordable roadworthy fee for doing a motorcycle with them. Just because of the great service I'd take my car to them as well. Very pleasant experience.

Quick and easy. I phoned and made an appointment after I tried making an appointment online. They only phoned me back the next day because of the online appointment booking. So better to phone, they helped me immediately.

It is a very tense environment. The staff there not so friendly. Sometimes you ask if it's services you pay for.
