Del Forno Hatfield

Usually I have a great experience with Del Forno Good food, good service. I would have given a higher rating however the below experience has really disappointed me I ordered this evening - 2022-11-04 and received a pizza where the Avo was almost totally off. Spoke to the manager there and they are going to "credit" my account with the avo for my next order. I'm a little disappointed in that I have the taste of spoiled avo on my pizza and no Avo and this is all that they were prepared to do to resolve the problem. I've attached pictures of the Avo

Placed a Mr delivery order for Del Forno pizza- wanting to try something new. The pizza was ice cold upon delivery. The delivery guy himself only drove 5 mins. The pizza base is still half raw, literally raw and the cheese barely melted - see photos. Also missing toppings. Tasted a piece of each and the Pizza is VERY bland. We chose this place because they advertised wood fired pizzas; very VERY expensive wood fired pizzas, didn't mind the price as its my partners 30th birthday, but what was delivered to my house this place should be ASHAMED of. Truly, very very abhorrent pizza.

The food was good but the portions for bacon was not normal compared to their other branch in Groenkloof and they only gave us 1 slice of toast and the menu says 2 slices. The service was good. And the deco for their restaurant is very nice.I took this picture before they added pick n pay clothing

The food is delicious, the waiters and the manager were great and provided good service. Recommended for family, friends and date night with bae.

Been supporting del forno hatfield for years. Unfortunately today my order of 6 medium pizzas was disappointing. We sll agreed the base is hard and dry but in a cardboard way. Not nearly enough toppings and cheese.Food: 1/5

wow. best best bargain breakfast in town. big plate of food plus excellent coffee both for 50 rand. and then the staff is friendly and gives good service too.

Amazing food, service and staff.

It was an all round really good experience. I enjoyed the friendliness of the waitress and that she played along with our jokes. The deep fried burgers the guys had looked super interesting, and they said it was delicious. The girls, myself included, all had butter chicken pasta which was extremely tasty. The pasta was slightly over cooked though which spoiled it a bit for me, but overall it was a really good dish. We had a lovely night out, and we will definitely visit again.

The food is amazing , had creamy chicken pestro and the other day we went for pizza and both are amazing obviously coz the are made in pizza oven which makes them more authentic and crispy ..Recommended dishesCarne Gourmet Pizza
