Came here for dinner with my son and it was a hit! He really loved the play area and didn’t want to leave, I Love that it’s indoors so the kiddos can play even in winter. The restaurant is cozy and has a fireplace which is really great if you can get a table next to it. I had pasta which was really tasty and wasn’t over seasoned. The hot chocolate was far too chocolatey perhaps because it had actual chocolate in. The kids one was good they even offered to reheat it. Overall service was great! Our waitress, Nicole was super attentive. Even though she was tending to multiple tables. I had 2 different cocktails the margarita was inconsistent in taste but not Bad overall. Overall lovely evening, we will definitely be back.

What a superb place hiding away in Olympus. If you have kids this is the place...its caters for all the kids needs. Reception was top notch very friendly and helpful employees. Then our waiter who was one exceptional young man who took care of us from the time we walked in to when we left. Food was outstanding.

What a great experience. First time eating at Italio Faerie Glen. The starters was great the waitresses assisted with choices and explained what some was The main course was amazing. We all tried something different from pizza to meat and chicken. All very tasteful with just the correct amount of spices. Compliments to the chef - the T-bone500g is so tasteful and soft, the chicken amazing succulent and even the pizza oven baked was delicious even with all our no no’s, it was one word, amazing. Compliments to our waitress Danita, even if she was serving on the other side when we entered she assisted us and kept on serving us with no complaints running between the different serving areas always with a smile and very professional. We went late afternoon and all I can say you will definitely be seeing more of our family. One more note, you get value for money compared to more well known restaurants. For couples, families and so kid friendly. Great service, great food, great ambiance, one of the top restaurants in the far east, by far. Keep it up we really enjoyed it.

Loved it! Hard to find a place with a proper kids play area that is safe and you can keep an eye on them. They were entertained the whole time, and there is even a pizza building station for them. The food was also amazing and we enjoyed the whole experience very much. Will definitely recommend.

I love that every meal is I've had is great. Their service is always professional and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. The food is fresh and they use quality ingredients. There is an awesome space for kids and a few spaces for adults away from the kid friendly section. The non kiddy side has a trendy vibe and they serve delicious cocktails.

Love this restaurant. The service is great, Gaby was fantastic. The food is really good, and the atmosphere with the fire place makes for a very romantic evening out. We will be back to taste the rest of the menu.Food: 4/5

Excellent food, excellent service with a very helpful waiter and the play area is amazing. Kids could safely blow up steam in a closed up area with a massive jungle gym. Play area separated from other areas so children don't disturb other people. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner. It just made such a difference that we could totally relax knowing that the kids were safe and having fun. This will be our go to when we can't find a babysitter on short notice Kid-friendliness: Excellent for kids, they can run up and down to their hearts' content in a big safe area with a big jungle gym and climbing wall

Today these people went beyond. After having excellent lunch my grand dad had a medical scare. The staff was so helpful and supportive. I will be forever grateful. Didn’t even charge our deserts because of the scare and everything that went on. Definitely a family restaurant. Thank you.Food: 5/5
