I had a breakdown by Delft Mall literally 3 minutes away from the police station, I called asking for someone to standby me as I know how dangerous the area is, they said someone is coming, after 15 minutes nothing happened and I called again and this time it was different person who picked up, he also said he is sending someone, after 1 hour and 15 minutes the tow truck finally arrived and still nothing from the police station. You guys are just there for salaries not to protect the citizens. Wish there was a quarter of a star. People would die under your watch
Disgusting, pathetic, poor excuses for police officers. These waste of time people working here have no remorse, no compassion and no business being police officers. My 5 year old nephew was run over by a motorcycle, laying in the street. The driver wanted to leave so I rushed to the police station just to get a van to come and take a statement and his details before he left. I explained to them that this little boy was still laying in the street while we were waiting for an ambulance and the response was "It's shift change now so must wait 20 minutes". With no choice we left back to the scene and they NEVER showed up. Mind u, it was 2 mins away from the station. I even stopped a van outside to ask for assistance and they said they don't deal with accidents I must go inside. I'm beyond disgusted with the level of service this incompetent excuses for police officers provide to their community. Yet they benefit from our tax money to sit on their butts and only serve themselves.
If you want to see thugs with a badge and a blue uniform go to this police station you will find some I met them in yesterday’s roadblock and immediately felt not safe having guns excites them their situation is hopeless an inquiry similar to the Khayelitsha Commission of Inquiry needs to take place.
One of my staff members reported his son's disappearance on 14/12/2020 at Delft. After 3 months - still no reference number and he has no idea which officer is working on this. The company followed up on his behalf with missing persons - Delft never even opened up a missing persons "case"!!! Which means 3 months had passed, and any trail will be too cold to follow! Pathetic does not even start to describe this. We keep on calling to speak to the missing persons department at Delft station - no answer!! Sometimes the phone gets picked up and put down withour answering! These officers have no respect for the people they are supposed to be SERVING. In the meantime, my staff member calls hospitals and goes to morgues on his own time to look for his son!!
I'm very disgusted,angry and very disappointed with the kind of service..so pathetic these cops are very rude, lazy and arrogant ....this police woman Maseti doesn't deserve to work there she's of no use there
Wow I was shocked today I didn't realise police cars can drive fast when responding to helping a lady chasing the guys so if we can get more response time like that I'm sure Delft can be a much better environment for kids playing outside and freedom for people to walk where they want to without thinking of being bugged by someone wanting to rob u of ur own belongs or telling u to pay tax money to him
Absolutely no help for their community. When you call them for assistance, they will sound all concerning over the phone, however never attend to the occasion. Call again for Urgent matters. The same things accurre. If the option for No Stars was allowed, that's what they would have get.
Got robbed in delft literally 5mins away from the police station. They took my phone and money i had with me.Got home and immediately called 10111 and logged my case and then contacted the delft police station on their direct number and gave them my address and contact details. I went into my findmydevice account and located the fon and managed to lock it and started the tracking. To this day not a police man called me back or came to assist me. There goes my tax
Never answer any emails or phone calls.. what if it's an emergency very poor service no wonder the crime rate is so high..
I'd rather just add I still have the greatest respect and honor for the police in spite of my disappointment received from them from time to time
