Would just like to applaud and thank Warrant Officer Smart for his kindness and his help with our case this evening, it’s very rare to encounter caring policeman these days who taking pride in actually helping. Thank you Officer Smart!

A bunch of dirty cops working here people please be aware. They frame innocent people and force them to touch evidence that is not theirs! I pray by the grace of God that they will all be exposed and dealt with accordingly. We are not stopping here. Officer Adams and Sgt Swarts is one of them.

Around 05:55 am I was at the police station to certify documents. There was 2 constables at the counter busy completing registers. I waited for them to finish. The 1 constable left and the other 1 was still busy but after waiting 6mins I asked her is there someone who can help me she replied: "no there isn't anyone you must wait for the next shift" Then I ask when is the next shift coming and she couldn't say. I said I only have 5 things to certify and she just ignored me. Luckily a Sargent just came in and straight away noticed me waiting there and asked can she help. It didn't even take 1 minute to certify the docs. That constable got terrible manners, I understand that they most probably coming off a long shift but she could at least explain what is going on and not just ignore a person until you ask for help

Phoned three times to report an accident. They said they'd send an officer over but got no response for over an hour. Went there myself and the best explanation they could give me was that the officer I had phoned's shift was over.

I was stranded on the R300 on Boxing Day; one of your patrol vans stopped and waited until the towing company arrived to take my car away. This during a very busy period is amazing as it was in a dangerous place. I am very grateful to Constables Adams and Ntshunga. Keep up the good work.

Just called them cos we had a few guys outside the house and they didnt respond to the dogs, they were there in a few minutes. Less than 10 minutes. Thank you K/R police for the speedy and prompt service.

Today I needed to certify documents. I approached one of the policeman and was immediately helped. He was very helpful and said if I have any probleem in the future with my documents ,I must come back to him. Excellent service.

Excellent service at Kuils River Police Station today. The staff were friendly and efficient, and their premises are well prepared and equipped for social distancing and sanitising. Thank you!

Completely useless police station. The officers are rude and will turn you away when you need help. Horrible horrible service I received here.
