Worst and most expensive food delivery service I've ever encountered. Been forced to order with them as my hotel vouchers only allow me to order through them. 3 days in a row - food has taken roughly 2 hours from time of order!! Food is also cold when it arrives UPDATE: ordered again today - 4 HOURS!!!
Staying at local hotel and first night phoned them and said they were offline and to phone back in hslf an hour.Did not do do.Called second night and placed a simple Sushi order.Was told it would take up to an hour to deliver.Still waiting for it to arrive after nearly 2 hours.Pretty hungry after this time and will not call them again.I could have gone out and had A meal and be back in the time that i have waited.Still not sure if it will pitch up.
Delivery took almost 2 hours, no notifications for delays. Food came in cold.
