Had a filling redone that broke which then had to be redone twice after the fix as I still experienced pain after. Dr Groener assessed the situation and advised me that I would have to have a root canal. I do not have good experiences of root canals but he convinced me to have it done rather that an extraction. He was very gentle and kept on checking throughout the procedures if I was doing ok and afterward asked me to phone him immediately if I still have any pain. I can honestly say he is the best caring dentist by far. He restored my faith in dentists - he is one of the best!
The dentists and staff are incredible and extremely professional. The receptionist is absolutely amazing and the sweetest lady! Very affordable and they do incredible work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my teeth.

Your Receptionist is rude, rude, rude. For as long as I have known her, today I went and didn't expect any more from what she gave me, surprised she is still there after all the reviews. She bluntly told me I couldn't be helped the dentist is not in, I had to ponder further when he will be in she gave a quick answer and reffered me to "other" dentists down the road.
Super Friendly, Professional, Humble and Positive attitude from the Receptionist who is the face of the surgery she is very warm and friendly and very helpful and patient when scheduling appointments. Dr. Groener is gentle and so is Dr Loggate they both take great pride in their work. I will never ever change my Dentists!
Dr Groener is a true gentleman. A consummate professional who leads a great team. Every visit is a pleasure and my kids love their dentist : every member of staff is kind and friendly. A real example set here.
Lied to me. Said I only needed fillings but I actually needed to remove my tooth. He knew this. The lady who did my check up knew this. He lied to me just so I could come back and get it removed or whatever his motivation was. But I went to another dentist to do it. If you go to this dentist make sure you ask questions to verify. Some people can't be trusted.
Dr C.J Groener has been my dentist all my life and I dont think I will ever go to any other dentist. He has the patience and provides excellent advice on dental care. His staff is friendly and efficient and always welcomes you with hope arms. I will recommend anyone to go to Dr Groener's Dental Institution.
