What a positive customer/patient experience I had today, 21 Oct 22. I called in the morning requesting an emergency visit after a blistering toothache overnight . Dr. Kgolofelo Phaleng and his team accommodated me for the extraction of my Wisdom tooth. The procedure was seamless. Starting with Oral X-rays that gave him a thorough examination of the whole dental structure to discussing the best solution. Plus 1 - He uses state of the art and recent technologies, from end-to-end. Plus 2 - He plays golf regularly, member of Mamelodi Tomorrow Social Golf Club. Plus 3 - He gives generously to the good course, children with special needs. Plus 4 - He contributes in the areas of research, collaborating with the CSIR. Plus 5 - Collaboration with VUT and DUT and offers training to upcoming Dentists.

My visits to the dentist are always pleasant. Professional service, super friendly staff!! Talk about excellent customer service! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in Pretoria Hatfield and surrounding areas.

This was my very first dentist appointment and I was really excited. Everything went better than I expected, everything was done professionally and exceptionally. The dentists are very friendly and they do everything thoroughly. I did not feel uncomfortable at all. I am definitely going back for my next appointment. The service is beyond exceptional.

Even on this day, I’m still traumatized by the experience I had with you. I came for a tooth extraction of a cracked tooth, the dentist convinced me to fill it instead, which he did. A few days later, the tooth got very painful, as a result of the filling being deeper than the normal tooth. All these, i had to hear at my consultation with the next dentist because the dentist at dentist yaka frankly said to me, ‘what do you except, medicine is medicine, it works good, it fails we try again’ when I went back to consult about the pain. I’m finding it difficult to heal from the experience and move on.
