I have been a patient of dr Coetzee for 7 years. I have received the best care since my first consultation. She is caring and down to earth.

Made an appointment with Dr Coetzee on a Saturday for 11am knowing they close at 12pm I left the office at 13:30 because she had a delay which wasn’t an issue but she did not apologise for the huge inconvenience once she was able to see me. I had to do urine tests for my son then she tells me to step out as she’ll be helping another patient while she waits for him to urinate  we waited an additional 30 minutes. My time was not at all considered by her. Sadly disappointed

Dr Dekker is a wonderful, kind and patient doctor. He has a beautiful bedside manner and is brilliant with kids. My daughter is so calm around him and likes him very much. He is the only doctor who phones back when you request him to. He is very special.

Dentist Receptionist is so rude and sarcastic , appointments being changed without patient knowing , and then you are told you changed the appointment

I did not experience the care of what I perceive a doctor-patient consultation should be. I don't visit a GP often but in my 43 years of being on earth I know when I'm not getting the treatment or service I deserve.

My family has been going here for a few years now and the service is always fantastic. The rooms are very clean and spacious for social distancing. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Stay away from drs Dekker and Coetzee. With a Sanlam everyday medical policy, Drs Dekker and Coetzee claimed to be registered with Sanlam. Today 15 Oct 2021, after being there in 2019, they claim that they didn't get paid from Sanlam. This after confirming with their reception on the second visit whether they were paid and everything was fine. Clearly you can't even trust these doctors offices.

It was my first time going there last week Wednesday the 13th January to fix my front tooth filling. The filling took way too long to be finished, the Dr even exposed most of my nerves on my gums and was bleeding for a long time. I wasn't happy with the finished product. She made my tooth shorter than the other front tooth. The filling was very dark and didn't have the nice smooth finish. Not even a week later the filling chipped and cracked while I was eating and had to go fix it somewhere else. I wouldnt recommend her at all,  maybe it's still early days for her.

Dr Dekker is the most amazing caring Dr, he always assist where he can even if it is over the phone. I am SO impressed with his service I can advice him to anyone. He is a great Dr and really good in what he does

Love, love, love Dr van den Bergh. Made a dental appointment almost seem fun after years of being scared of the dentist. Quick and efficient.
