The attitude of the staff at the Lukhanji office is absolutely terrible. They do not stick to appointment times which causes a huge inconvenience. They will straight up tell you that they are in their lunch break and you can come back when it’s convenient for them regardless of the CONFIRMED appointment you have. Highly DO NOT recommend.

My daughter went to the dentist for a cleaning. As he started she cried and refused to let him clean her teeth, he then had her brush her teeth. When I got to the counter to pay he had the receptionist charge us full price for brushing her teeth. Never going back there again.

Overall an excellent dental practice. The booking process is easy, with dates available relatively soon. The staff is professional and friendly. The environment is clean and fully equipped specifically the Prince Alfred Street branch. Dr Pillay is punctual, professional, highly skilled and efficient. The prices are affordable for those without medical aid coverage. Finally, and most importantly, the experience itself is entirely pain-free. Thank you, Dr Pillay, for your excellent service. I highly recommend Dentists Inc to anyone seeking consultation for wisdom teeth issues and will personally be consulting them for any future dental-related concerns.

The service was real poor. I think the Doctor needs some help with customer skills and service. You cant keep clients wait for more than two hours with zero update on your schedule progress.

I visited the Lukhanji Mall branch this morning. The service was excellent with professionalism from reception to the consulting room. I'd definitely recommend the practice to anyone needing dental services.

I went to get my braces removed and it was the worst experience. It was painful. The retainer that I got didn't last 4 days. I didn't go back due to the awful experience. I was there in March, strictly to remove them. I got them done in Cape Town. You can check on your records, I had removed I think on the 15th of March, you can check.

First time pulling out a tooth, don't know what kind of pain I was expecting, but there was no pain, at all, apart from the slight pressure of the actual pulling of the tooth. Well done to the young man who worked on me. I can easily recommend Dentist Inc. to anyone looking for or wanting to a new dentist.

I could feel the pains even after I was injected but he couldn't understand the pains I was feeling and he kicked me out.
