Very disappointed, old lady at reception was rude. Wanted to pay for re-check of exam one subject... she took my money but said she can't give me a receipt. On the forms I needed a receipt number. I said, i need a receipt. I took my money back. She said i must go to Rustenburg. She start talking in her own language, got up slap her door, locked it and gone... I went back to school the lady at school said there were plenty of complaints. I traveled far, I went home unsuccessful...

Very friendly effective in terms of customer service however my needs have not been met as my kids have not been accepted at any high school even though it's relocation

I don't know if they were on strike or not but nobody wanted to assist in taking my cv. They told me to put it in a box full of other papers & by that time I had traveled for more tha 240 km!

The old man working at the gate is really friendly but the young man inside who takes CV's that people drop off is rude.

More advice on curriculum issues

Contacts not working. No reception, only Covid screening officials and unprofessional rude staff. Security staff are very professionals and could replace education staff.

The lady at the entrance door only sounded to be up to date with issues

Expected a little more professionalism from a government institution. Reception is non existing and one has to try and figure out what office is where.

Not enough safe parking bay but the security is kind n approachable
