If there Was a option for No stars i would take it. It is the most useless home affairs ever. I've been trying for 3 years to get my ID there and marriage certificate. But there is always a lame excuse. The system is always offline no matter when u go. I don't see how they ever work.

Really not good. Collecting of passport is an 2 hour journey when you were the 10 th person entering the doors. You get number 24 but all people entering after you are being helped . Do not know how the numbering system are working ,does 46 comes after 24?

Very poor service, first telephone number listed, does not exist!! Most time there is no network: now my question: if the network is so poor, why dont they change to another network??

Extremely poor with regard to work force, there're 10 counters allocated but only one counter in use. It becomes a huge problem on a serious Note. THANKS!!

Waiting for passports that are in the office and still have to queue. Systems have been offline for 2 days and no idea when they will be back.

Useless service not answering phones went to pay for my ID document then the server went down won't recommend them at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I applied for an ID 2 months back even now I haven’t got my ID or a message for collection!

Service very good. Would reccommend them above all other home affairs offices I know.

They work very well and follow a good strategy. I got the help i needed.
