Waited for a very long while, another gentleman who was waiting as well, told us we can go next as we didn't know. Otherwise we would never have gone. Just need to be more in order. The lady who we spoke to was very helpful and understanding.

Got here 6am and when they started working just got in and made me sit, its been 3hours sitting waiting for one person to assist. The rest just sitting at the back God knows what they doing. The service is so poor like Tzaneen department

Unsatisfactory service, if not offered with outright lack of care for professionalism. No one ever answers the phone so you'll have to come here in person if you need any question answered.
