Booking Treatments
It is advised that you phone and make an appointment, although we appreciate that you may have a busy schedule, and will do our very best to accommodate your last minute appointment, if possible. Credit card details will be required to secure large appointments. Please mention when you redeem a voucher.
Cancellation
As a treatment room is specially reserved for you, we require 24 hours notice of your cancellation to avoid full charges being applied, including gift voucher booking which shall be deemed void.
Gift Vouchers
Our vouchers are valid for 6 months, unless stated otherwise. Any specials or promotions will have its own validation time, so please make sure you are aware of it, as expired vouchers will not be validated. We are not responsible for stolen or lost vouchers.
General
We accept cash, cheques and internet payments. No cash refunds.
Children
We love children, but we do not allow them into our treatment areas, for safety reasons.
