I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Bianca and I must say she is amazing! I have always struggled to find a nail technician that could fix my nails properly after getting them done elsewhere. However, Bianca came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations.

Upon arrival I was greeted friendly by reception and all the therapist that passed me. My therapist was friendly and treated me with the utmost professionalism. The rooms are clean and hygienic and the products they use is top notch . Thank you for a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend Hartleaf Wellness Spa. I'm feeling more relaxed after my massage, my skin has never been better and my nails last. Thank you. You are amazing!!

Took my wife and two daughters for a spa day, and may I just say the service and atmosphere were amazing. Cant wait to come back for another visit! Thank you to the staff for making the ladies in my life feel so special

Not a good experience. Treatment was supposed to be 60min was only 20min. Full body scrub was only back arms and half leg. Really, does that qualify as a full body? No interaction or conversation with therapist. You would swear I have the plague.

I would give this place 10/5 if I could. The owner does an amazing job with the place and she goes out of her way to keep her clients happy and I can appreciate the extra effort that small business owners put in when they try and resolve issues with customers to make their experience better

It was My very first time at Heartleaf yesterday...the place is beautiful ..the staff is very friendly and professional. I felt welcome as soon as i walked in....will defnitely visit again.

Was there for my lashes twice asked if they could do volumes. I was booked and same story everytime. I lay down and then the lady says she cannot do volumes. I was so disappointed as i had an event i needed to glam up to. had to pay R600 for a set that doesnt even look like a full set and still had to get it properly done the next day at another salon that had to squeeze me in. It is definitely not even worth a full set the worst part of all of this is i booked for nails and lashes. After my nails the lady laid me down told me to get comfortable and then returned to tell me she took to long on my nails her other client is on her way she doesnt know what to do can i come back!! I just completely refused.

This such an amazing and very professional spa. Too clean and exceptional service, I jus keep going back
