Beautiful place, friendly staff and very clean environment. spotless. Excellent service. Definitely recommendable  I’m just not happy that the restaurant does not operate on Sundays…

The place could do with some maintenance and cleanliness, other than that the service is okay, I really enjoyed the dinner though and the prices are really reasonable. The breakfast I also really enjoyed, it was fresh and delicious. The Wi-Fi connection is really poor. It is really just a no-frills place, but I did enjoy my stay there.

What a dirty place! The foyer reeked of smoke, staff unfriendly, room was filthy, kettle full of dirty finger prints, cupboard door was broken. Don’t get me started on the bathroom! The door and floor was absolutely filthy, there was toothpaste spittle above the sink, mould growth on the walls, shower door was never washed and still a blob of soap or conditioner on the shower floor/drain from whoever used it that morning. When we went to the front desk about our grievances, we were stared at like we are crazy, no apology or let us give you another room, NOTHING!!!! Very unprofessional. Chewing gum as if it was the last piece on this planet, handing us a form and telling us with an awful attitude to write down exactly what was wrong, like really now? We just explained what was wrong. It should tell the staff a lot about the experience of a customer when they tell you to keep the money and leave to stay somewhere else! 1star is too much, wish I could give it a zero!!!!

We attended a departmental meeting on one of the conference rooms. In the scorching my heat of Upington… at 38 degrees to be precise the air conditioner the the conference room didn’t work!!! Yet they said they set it at 17degrees….  We had to resort to oepenong doors because we were ‘sweating’. Also the Mike doesn’t work that well…. and the projector doesn’t accommodate ‘newer’ laptops! We needed an HDMI connector that they don’t have.

The bella roma restaurant is extremely slow even though there are only a few people amd food takes EXTRA long but the view  is nice .Service: 1/5

Place is lekker, we watched the second half of the rugby there and the vibe was great. Good a bit disappointing m. Ordered sirloin steak and lamb chops. The Plate, chips and veggies were all hot, unfortunately the meat for both of us was cold. Hardly touched it. Loved the crispy onion rings though. The service is also great and welcoming.

Place was neat. Sheets were clean as well but damn the mattress has reached its life span. Please change the mattress in 128.  Return visitor  Place is consistent when it comes to cleanliness. It also has a restaurant with various cuisine.

Not for the first time we are turned away from the tenpin bowling due to the fact that staff only arrive at 14h00 whilst the facilility opens at 12h00. Really below par service from an instatution advertised to be one of the "top" entertainment providers in Upington! I would not recommend this place at all!

Takes 1 and half hour for a take away chedemelt burger with no chips got home burger no chedemelt and have chips with staff friendly but the chef is to slow

We arrived at 1 am and they helped us with a very nice cozy room very friendly and we had a good night's rest! Definitely recommend only needed to leave at 11am
