Sun Flamingo

I'm not much of a gambler, so I never tried my luck, and I was there to attend a conference, but the place was buzzing. People seemed to be enjoying themselves gambling. I'm not sure if its the only Casino in town, but the place was packed, and I guess its the place to be in Kimberley if one wants to try their luck

Great Place with nice food on a Level of its own. Lovely conference room this place caters for the whole family.

Loved the food at the pub and grill today but I was very angered by the fact that waiters are not receiving their tips AT ALL since opening after the pandemic. Directors and Management are receiving full salaries whilst waiters aren't given the tips we pay to them if we pay via POS. Very unhappy with management because the wait staff is professional and friendly despite their financial struggles. Do better Flamingo Casino/Sun International. This is completely unacceptable!!!

I didn't go inside but the building looked good. Just parked here to go for a walk to try go look at the flamingos at the dam nearby. Unfortunately we didn't see any from where we were.

It was very nice... Had the best late much meal ever... *T-bone steak, Chips with Mushroom Source* & *Eisbein and Chips*

It's very bad I lost R2150 the machines are programed 95 % win for the house and 5% for the partners. You must do something about that.

The 4 stars are mostly due to the front desk lady by the name Mapaseka. She is very warm and welcoming. The food was great too although the service could have been faster. The conference delegates made so much noise during their lunch but that's not in anyone's control.

The restaurant that don’t have staff welcoming customers ! I had to look for a place and also ask for a waiter as if I was in a spaza shop! They only notice customers that come as a bunch. So unprofessional. Kimberly

Very unfriendly and rude staff. Did not expect this type of service.
