First-time shopping there on the 20/11/21. 1 star is too much its actually 000.Toilets very very filthy urine on the floor no doors. I hated myself for spending my money there. The security guards from M17 company extremely rude. Forgot my parcel at the parcel counter because we were being rushed as they wanted to close when got it back on Monday my son's shoes were missing, called and the guy i spoke to told me all kinds of nonsense. The staff inside the shop were very helpful their service top notch. If this is the kind of treatment they give to their customers who patronize them i will never shop there ever again. I didn't even want to shop with them i had planned to go to Phoenix cash and carry and they were closed already as i was coming from far. I don't care whether they have the lowest prices in town i won't shop there ever and my grandmother's stokvel won't shop there too. I wish all Black people would stop shopping with them to to remind them that customer is KING.

I forgot my parcel at the parcel counter and when I came back a day later to fetch I did not get it, when I reported the issue the manager dismissed me like I'm a lunatic, saying they cannot help me cs I left it, and the lady Sbothats her name that was working that day at the parcel counter says she doesn't remember me but when they check the cameras they see me giving the lady the parcel mind you I also have the disk number. How can a customer's things be lost at the parcel counter?and the person who was working at that time says she doesn't know your stuff.The way the manager was so rude to me sheim, I felt cheap. I ended going home without my parcel! I don't think I would ever want to leave my things there anymore I simply can't trust them with my belongings. I'm very disappointed!

The store wholesales all the major brands. All my monthly shopping at fantastic deals. They are more cheaper than other franchise stores. Great place for traders to shop.
