KC's Butter Biscuits

Amazing! Not only are KC's cakes a work of art but they are absolutely delicious as well. I ordered a birthday cake, the lovely, young lady at the till was so pleasant and helpful. She gave me valuable expertise when I was choosing the cake. Visiting this store is an absolute pleasure, from the dashing young men in their smart bow tieswho are every ready to assist to the security who politely opens the door for you. KC's is indeed the best!

Ordered cupcakes over whatsapp and their customer service was great. Communication was quick and efficient. Went in to collect my order and the service was good. The cupcakes were just as i had requested and tasted amazing. I was a happy customer and would definitely order from them again.

Absolutely lovely experience. We went for the Valentine's High Tea and it was amazing. The entire set up and vibe is beautiful and elegant. The service was exceptional. I truly felt like royalty. And the pastries were delightful. The atmosphere is what really makes the experience.

Yesterday was my first visit at KC's and I have to say, the interior was AMAZING, so neat and elegant. We bought a chocolate cake, it was SO DEVINE, DELICIOUS AND FRESH. I'm definitely coming back and would recommend to everyone.

They bake and sell the best fresh cakes in Pietermaritzburg . 10/10 customer service, cleanliness of the place.

Kc's does not know how to talk to customers with respect.They are never at fault and will never apologize. They need to learn to treat their customers with human dignity and respect without their customers they will not have a business to run. Being a loyal customer for many years I'm highly disappointed and will never recommend them to family and friends.
