Attitude towards the colour of skin. For me is a NO go area and they're racist, you can feel the breath inside that place thinking you are lost or in a wrong place.
Blou meul have always had good service in all the years we have been shopping at blou meul. I have never had a bad experience with them in all the time I have been there doing school clothes shopping. I adore the friendly staff and assistance.
Excellent service and Jaap has extensive knowledge of products. Very well stocked. Prices compared to the rest of the market, well priced.
A great store that is well stocked with every hunting, camping and outdoor item one can think of. The staff is well equipped to assist you with any questions and will go beyond to help you. Unfortunately, the range officer working at the shooting range has made coming to this store a bad experience. The range is excellent, clean and neat. It is well equipped to have you feel safe and private when shooting. I've been to the indoor range a number of times, and few without incident. The range officer has previously made his hand into the shape of a gun and pointed it at me telling me he will shoot me for picking up 'his casings' casings shot by other patrons who leave them behind. On other occasions he has been rude to me and my colleagues, shouting and fighting with us for arbitrary things. We are responsible firearm owners that frequent many different ranges and so do little to instigate such responses from the range officer. This range will not see me again, but I will still frequent the store.
The service was great,in and out and the lady at the front desk was so sweet and the elderly gentleman whom I contacted remembered that indeed someone called and even though I forgot he reminded me thank you very much guys and I will be coming back since you are so close to me..
I did my firearm practical here but the shop on i'ts own is league, warmest welcome and everything you need for outdoor camping is there.
Excellent service in swapping out my scope for a red dot. Credited me for the previous rings even though I didn't ask them to - a very pleasant surprise! Always willing to help, unlike many other gun shops Ive visited. They will keep getting my business! Well done.
The best place around for fishing! A very large variety both fresh and saltwater fishing. I do wish that there were more saltwater lures but it is understandable as you are not based by the coast. Other wise really helpful and patient staff :
Very friendly staff, I was assisted by an elderly gentleman who was extremely polite and helpful as I was enquiring about a pistol for my wife. We will definitely be going back there soon.
Just got back from DIE BLOU MEUL! Extremely rude service!! I called in at 11am to find out about the operating times of the range and was given the times 8am-1pm. I get there at 12:25. Which is plenty time to have a decent session. I was turned away by the old manI don’t care about his name anymore who decided to close up shop early even though i called as late as i did. He would not even look at me during the conversation to tell me that he cant help me. When i tried to explain to him that i notified him and i wont be long, he walks and waves me away. Will NEVER recommend or SUPPORT this business. A FIRST AND LAST
