JP was friendly and helpfull View things like the fridges, televisions and fun things to do for the kids but over all it was lovely to stay at your place. Connie was such a star helping The prices was reasonable Overall it was great. Thank you from a big family like us we love it

Owner very rude and racist..we booked in October for the 30th Decmber to the 2nd of January..To our surprise when we got there we were forced to move to some filthy Place,told us the house that we booked had flooded, kante No he had given it to other guest. Even the one star is too much for Jon Pierrie. He was very prompt and efficient during the booking, which got us all excited to visit his place. We got there and found +-10 ladies already at the house we booked at. We were escorted to the 1 bedroom that accomodated us for 2 nights at R6000 8 ladies. The bedroom was spacious, fitting 4 double beds, some beds were worn out and one had bed bugs. As we settled in we found out that there was no water and he did not bother to make arrangements for around 20 guests who paid him. No drinking nor bathing water the whole weekend, we had to get water to bath from the pool. The food was sickening!!! From breakfast to so called dinner of pap, soggy greek salad without dressing, a piece of boiled chicken and russianR150 at 8:30pm. I'm not sure if he has no respect for people or just people of colour. He doesn't even provide proper accomodation for his workers, some sleep on a filthy garage floor. He disgust me!!!

The place looked like a work in progress, the pool and steam bath were filthy and we were expected to share that facility with other 8 guests when we were also 8. We're promised a heritage party of we paid extra including for food . There was no music to talk about the party . The food was like for animals , uncooked tomato gravy from a can , meat as hard and brown like chared meat if it was biltong i would have understood but even so it would have been unpalatable and very unpleasant . When we asked for a refund . We were ignored till to date . They are ignoring our calls and messages .

I had a great time last weekend. The guesthouse is beautiful and the room I was in was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft. I enjoyed the jacuzzi, but my favourite was the swimming pool. The owner, JP, was a fantastic host. He went an extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

The place is dirty, the blankets smell bad. The food is the worst!The owner is rude… The was water and he did not even make arrangements for us get water, we had to bath with water from a dirty pool. I would recommend the place to any living thing on Earth.Rooms: 1/5

I was expecting much more. The photos placed on the website are very far removed from reality. It appeared if the lodge was still in progress and if we were given staff quarters to stay in. There were other people 's luggage in the cupboard and laundry in the washing machine. Some of the bedding was stained. There were no bedside tables in the room and no bedside lights. The one standing lamp in the bedroom was not fitted with a plug. There was no Wi-Fi available. The swimming pool was neglected. We were looking forward to a great family getaway but all we wanted was to get away from this place.

We were greeted at the gate by extremely friendly staff making little to our knowledge false promises. When entering our room it seemed ok yet dim. Once we were in all communication and promises were simply ignored. We had to beg for a plug to get the TV to work. We had found previous visitors KFC left in the microwave with massive cockaroaches. Windows did not close. The place has potential yet needs some serious renovations.. Please do not pay or book for any spa treatments as these get delayed or canceled and you never get your refund, despite countless attempts and false promises from said owner. This place should not be open!

I didn't like the treatment due to the owner of the place said we making noise while when I check with our neighbors they haven't said anything and they were okay with us, not sure it's because of the Colour of our skin "Black Child You Are On Your Own" . Secondly they said we woke up very early and Some of the house keepers we rude.Rooms: 2/5
