Absolutely AMAZING!!! Enjoyed the complimentary red wine! Lovely service! Excellent treatments. Even though the facial and pedicure were meant to be 'express.' They were quite thorough. Full body massage was excellent. It is really FULL. They even massage your feet during the full body massage. And that excludes the foot massage they give during the Pedicure. I LOVE this place. Better than all the Spas I have been to. Beautiful ambience...

The staff are really friendly, but I think it stops there. The place needs an update, the music are very loud. The facial and body exfoliation was nice, but the massage feels more like a body rub. Me and my husband told the ladies that they can use firm pressure, but still it did not feel like a massage.

Awesome environment and well trained staffs

I cannot fault the spa treatments as they were perfect, the ladies are friendly as well. However the rooms are not in good condition, not much effort are given to them. The waiting area is open to the area where foot massages are done which is not ideal to have people looking at you while doing a foot massage. Noise levels are quite high for a spa. The place has lots of potential because of the staff but the venue makes it look quite bad.

Everytime I visit the spa, their service is always excellent. They have all the technics that your different muscles need. They don't just put oil on it. The staff is always dedicated to give you the best massage experience, and for that I appreciate them. The background music they play is so relaxing and appropriate for spa, the sound is kept very low . The staff is professional, I get annoyed by people who make noise while massage session is on. A spa should always be a quiet place. We thank you Jonice spa, keep on doing the good work. Your service will grant you our support.

Thank you so much for yesterday we had a great day Sunday well spent with beautiful sweet staff the were so amazing and made our therapy the best ever. It was really worth it... We truly loved the warm welcome from Lydia and the masouse ladies Vuyo & Sbongile, they were great! Very friendly and did their job to the T Definitely recommend them and will definitely go back for their services. Happy with the service, professionalism and efficiency.

Had a nice foot message. Was however a bit disappointed in the setup. Very noisy reception is open to the spar area, so can hear people talking when trying to relax. Photos is also misleading. Not of the actual place.

The treatments were great. The only disappointments were noise level and space . The rooms are small and the blinds need maintenance. The staff should keep the noise level down and encourage venue bookers to be considerate of people doing treatments.
