Since this clinic has been under new management, the Service and Customer care has escalated tremendously. The Vets are good at what they do and everything is explained to you without treating you as an inferior child. The front office staff are friendly and update you on the progress of your pets. They also have affordable pricing. Overall, we are very pleased with the new experience and would recommend the branch to anyone.

One must make an appointment which is the right thing to do. But don't talk rubbish and say its covid regulations. Yes new owner, new rules, but I have lived in this area 26 years, and its a new thing for me and for this clinic. Don't under estimate the intelligence of your customers with covid nonsense, whilst sitting there without masks on telling me its covid rules.
I'll definitely say friendly staff, but absolutely ridiculous with their different pricing for a second shot 5-in-1 exactly the same as what the first shot is and seeing that a vaccine is one size fits all, there is absolutely NO reason for this? They are an absolute rip off to people that knows a thing or two nah. Go get your vaccines from their supplier Kruvet for R60 and do it at another vet for R100, since they won't help with that either

Heidi what an amazing and caring vet. Our Yorkie was taken in ill on the Sunday. We were heartbroken. Heidi kept us up to date on the progress. And even took her home to monitor her. Our Gigi in the end did not make it. But Heidi was so caring and loving to her and us. What a WOW person.

I was very happy with the staff here when I stayed in Pta. Really amazing people and I still rave about this vet. My dog was really sick once and they were so quick to help and the treatment was just the best, my dog loves them too.
