I bought more than R21 000-00 Worth of cattle medicine from this institution which I paid in full. This was all the stock they had of the anaplasmosis medicine. I requested them to urgently restock and let me know when the new stock arrives as my cattle we dying. It turned out that I only needed about R1000-00 worth of the medicine which arrived the next day. I immediately paid over the amount and sent prof of payment and dispatched somebody to collect the few bottles of extra medicine to try and save the remaining cattle. They did not want to release the medisine until the money was not reflected in their account. We did make an immediate transfer but there seemed to be a hickup on the bank side. I then obtained the extra medicine from another supplier who even offered to deliver it as they understood that when cattle is dying you need to react quickly to contain the losses to a minimum. I will NEVER support this institution again as the delay probably resulted in me losing at least 2 extra cowsabout R40 000 just because they did not undresrand livestock, and one would expect people in this business to know the consequences of a delay of this type of medicine will have.

Friendly staff, not for small animals only farm animals. They do stock dog food at a competitive price. Also stock quality cheese and eggs.
