My dog really likes the vet Lovely treats, toys, beds, etc. Staff friendly and always helpful. They also do customized dog tags.

I self-diagnosed my bunny's condition which was only an infection in the eye, pink eye and went to the vet to get the proper medication. My bunny was weighed, the assistant did not know how to handle a bunny, he jumped out of her hands and she dropped him. Then the vet only looked at him for less 2 minutes and they charged more than R500 for this. With the vet my bunny again leaped off the table and landed on the floor. Furthermore, if I had not specifically asked for the door to be closed before the inspection, my bunny would have run out straight into the dogs in the waiting room. Can you imagine the pandemonium? I did not feel my pet was treated with the proper care, I will never go back to this vet again, my bunny is still traumatised and so am I. He has been hiding for 2 days now. I had never seen him act this way before, he usually is a sweet and calm bunny. All I wanted were eye drops and got charged expensively. Although they were kind people, I do not recommend this place for bunnies .

Dr.Jordaan's diagnosis has always been 100%. He explains his diagnosis and his plans of action in a way that is user friendly. We've been taking our animals here for 30 years or since I can remember and have always felt welcome there. I love this place!
