We had a great experience with PAWS today. We had both our kittens fixed there and only received the best service! Super friendly staff, it was very clean everywhere and the service provided was done excellently. We are very happy with the client service we received. I can highly recommend them.
I have a big dog that was very ill. I phoned PAWS for advice and they told me to bring the dog in. As my dog is not used to driving in a vehicle it was quite difficult to get him in the car. Im alone and a pensioner, therefor it was really a struggle. I drove to the vet with a scared dog on my back between me and the seat. The vet came out to the vehicle and inspected my dog. He went back and returned with injections and pills. That absolutely shows true love for animals and I appreciate that eventhough they were very busy, he still assisted me in the vehicle.

The staff and Vet were so helpful and tje Vet managed to save my Shi Tsu, she was almost dead and all praise to him my baby is back home and well again. Thank you

Staff are very friendly and helpful, HOWEVER, I took my cat to be neutered and it was very poorly done. When I picked him up, his whole carrier and backside was full of blood and he was still bleeding. He was very distressed and in pain. This is supposed to be an easy, painless process, especially for male cats. Would not recommend.

Very good and friendly service. Vets are thorough and explain all procedures and treatments so that fur parents can understand. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but it is worth it. Prices are fair. Doing a great job for the Potch people. Thanks
