Fantastic staff, all-in-one shopping experience. There is a lot of variety to choose from. All pharmacists and staff are professional and well educated on their products. Always a pleasure to shop here, the Dis-Chem Benefits card is awesome as well.

Compliments to Yulanta Visagie, she welcomed us with a smile at the clinic. She was very kind & eager to help with whatever I was asking. I have never seen such a friendly person with the kids, keep it up with good work..........

I stood in the pharmacy line for 23 minutes!!! Not bcz it was too busy but ppl are busy making small talks and chit chats with familiar customers whilst we all wait in line!! That is very unacceptable especially bcz this is one line that requires speedy service! This is unacceptable! Go talk private chats and conversations in your own time! Customer service first!

Wonderful serviced rendered by Ilise and Zane at Dischem Klerksdorp.... They went out of their way to ensure I received a product that I purchased which was out of stock... Surely these 2 wonderful ladies are an asset to Dischem...

Last week i went there and my total was about R700+ and i asked to pay up with R150 coins and the rest will be cash...the cashier got upset, told me straight to my face that had she knwn she wouldn't have called me, her neighbor cashier said she's happy tht she her self did not call to assist me, My time was wasted on the till...when i asked if they will not assisist me just becauae of the coins, she called her supervisor to report that im paying with coins. R150 coins out of 700+ for that matter. When the supervisor came she told the cashier tht she should assist me. No apology was given to me by eithe the cashiers or the supervisor, i wanted to leave everything and just walk out but i was desperately in need of wat i was buying. ive never had this type of treatment from  with any store.  The treatment was very bad

The queues are always long at the pharmacy side and usually you also wait a while at the queues to pay. But it goes fast when you pay because usually all the paypoint are open all the tills.  That helps a lot. I always get great service with the click and collect from this dischem.. Always speedy with their click and collect orders

More till,  quick to pay but they dont have a friendly customer care,  last time when I go there the cashier she did even just to smile a lil bit. Always keeping serious. Sometimes you would feel threatened

Great place to shop, clean, friendly pharmacists and a wide variety on the shelves. The cashiers need to work on their customer service though
