Simply AMAZING..! I was referred by my own doctor to go see them. I had to get to emergency ASAP. Upon arriving there the staff were incredibly friendly , kind and helpful. Although I did not have a medical aid , they went out of their way to make arrangements in order to assist me.Lenmed Wilmed Park Hospital is most definitely the best and most professional service I've ever received. Thank You Lenmed. You'll definitely see me again.
Emergencies are just terrible. I would give a zero. And attitude from the black nurse with her pink lips...shocking!!!..Why hire these incompetent rude people. This place is definitely not what it was before. Sad
If i could rate 0 stars I would. My husband is a quadriplegic, we waited the whole day to be admitted because there is no beds walking past the rooms I saw a lot of empty beds... He finally was admitted, off to surgery. I went home because i live in Bothaville and it was already dark and late. When i came there Wednesday morning he was still laying in the exact same position from before yhe operation. My full letter in email is on its way. He's got pressure sores on his feet, because he was not givin any pillows to put underneath hes feet. When i got there the foot with the operation underneath exactly were the wound is, is pressing against the plastic at the foot end. This was one of the best hospitals ever, if i have a choice i will never go there again. The staff is rude and impatient. There was 1 or 2 who tried the rest made you feel that you are in a state hospital.
Very bad experience at this hospital. I suspect that state hospitals provide better ER Healthcare. Maybe a glimpse of what is to be with the new ownership? The ER staff was unprofessional, unprepared and seemingly annoyed with our visit. Would especially not recommend this institution to pregnant women.
Two months after visiting ER, we have still not received results, only 3 messages a day to remind about the outstanding ammount. Their response is that the doctor does not have to give results unless requested. Needless to say, after the query, still no results. Terrible service. This is not the standard that Wilmedpark used to have.
My daughter went for a procedure at Lenmed Wilmed, Klerksdorp in July 2023, which left unsightly bruising on her face when she came out of theater. We suppose it could have been due to the harsh removal of theater band aid. I wrote a detailed email to Lenmed Head office and stated my complaint and mentioned that I have taken photos. It is mid September and still no reply. No standards, no client service, no policy compliance and no work ethics - just as so many other establishments in this country of ours.
On the 18/07/23 My daughter was given an expired surgical spirit on maternity ward. I noticed the expiring date after 8days of using it when I notice an infection. Send them an email but no reply till to date and to my surprise that they were even aware because they were hiding 2 on 2022 with a black pan. It was expired in November 2022
Horrible service over the weekend. My sister went in for a back operation. I called from Dubai to speak to her and was told they do not have anybody by that name. Rest assured..my sister is also writing a LONG complaint about the aftercare! Wilmed was considered one of the best hospitals..but now..its shocking!
Good and professional hospital service in the ICU and maternity wards. It off cause it depends on your doctor.
After reading all these recent reviews, definitely not coming to this hospital.
