Great service from the pharmacy. After being told at another Dis-chem that they simply can't help with medication as my medical aid didn't want to pay, I went to this Dis-Chem and the pharmacist Elsie Smith quickly claimed for my medication within minutes. Turns out the other pharmacist were using the wrong codes and simply blaming the medical aid. Thanks for excellent service Elsie!

Seriously disgusted with the service received. I finally had time to go take my booster and get told at 16:15 that they only do boosters till 16:00. If it's protocol, state it clearly instead of making me look for the clinic receptionist in wandering in the store.

Bad experience,  Stressing lozenges marked R56,99 but scan R89,99 at the till.Supervisor flatly refused to give me at the advertised price. I won't be shopping there no more.

I would like to thank Danuel De Beer and i hope management are looking at this person as his ambition to help customers are above The norm and truly unparalleled to his colleges.  After running from pillar to post requiring for a certain product he was the only person that actually found the product , after we received information that dis-chem does not have the product ,and me and my wife basically leaving  the shop  HE DANEUL DEBEER came running with the product.  I know retail and this product was not consider a item in his department.  Yet he still assisted us.  Customer services at its best.  I am very pleased keep up the great work .

Thank you for still keeping government stock of vaccines. I will be sure to buy other items in support of your service every time I am there.

My partner bought Voltaren Tablets and when we arrived at home as the packet was closed as it was bought through the medical aid there was only 6 tablets in a packet.  I tried to call the pharmacy with no answer holding on forever, we were given the option to leave a message for a call back this was Saturday the 5th of December, well no response yet.  We will be reporting this matter to the medical aid as this is unacceptable how do you now proof there were only 6 tablets in a packet. I would really like someone to explain how something like this happens.

I have always relied on this Dischem as it is one of those that always have government stock immunisation. I called the store just to verify if they have immunisation for 6 years before I could go there. I received a confirmation that they indeed had stock and I could bring the child. We arrived only to be told that the immunisation was only done on a Wednesday and weekend.  You can imagine the inconvenience of driving around 20km for nothing. I had to delay writing this review as I did not want anyone to be negatively affected.

I feel, the lady at the vaccination section where I took my baby is racist. The black couple before us came out together, and when I wanted to go in, she tells me no, only 1 parent? When I asked her what about the couple that just left, she ignored me.  Please get your staff in line. Treat people the same.

Got my online shopping from them. Their staff  Boitumelo went above and beyond searching for a replacement for an item that was out of stock and she was unbelievably friendly. I've never received complimentary gifts or samples that you usually get in store when I did online shopping until now. That is great advertising and great service. Thank you.

The Clinic Receptionist   Innovation  needs a bit of training especially on how to communicate in a professional manor with self control. She is very rude and has this typical Government employee mentality which needs to be corrected.... Very disappointed
