I was juat at Sacks Pharmacy in Krugersdorp. I am so dissipointed in the service I got. I spock to lady whom directed me to the despensary for assistance. Halfway thru the reason for me being there I was interupted by a delivery man and was ignored. The delivery man was more importand than my request for so medical assistance.

Anneke is by far an assist to Saks pharmacy!!!! She is always sweet,kind, caring and always goes the extra mile. I will continue to support Saks pharmacy because of her!!! Everyone is friendly and always happy to help!! I thank Anneke for everything she has done for me as a client.

Used to be the best place to go to, but as of this lockdown, they have introduced a system that charges you extra depending on how long you are there with the nurse. Example 0-15 minutes is R30 ON TOP of what you are paying for the appointment and meds etc, and the longer you are there the more it costs you.  Family planning is R70. Now because of the new system, it costs R100, because the time used to administer it now costs extra, even though that part is actually PAID FOR with the appointment.  Thank you but no. This is nothing more than a greedy ripoff.

Friendly staff from paypoint to pharmasist and sisters assisting clientele and patients. A caring family which we could call our own. Thank you Sacks Pharmacy.

Have always been treated with respect and good service

The best place for all your medical requirements. They are very professional and affordable. If there's a need, they will refer you to a Hospital without taking a cent from you

The clinic is a joke absolutely unacceptable, they refuse to see my daughter because she has a cough. Not coughing just coughed they are not worth your money.

Even if you have an appointment, they still take people who does not have an appointment in before you. What is the use to make appointments if it doesn't matter??

They should update the operating hours. I was waiting  for 5pm for them to open like it says on the website. But they are closed This is ridiculous
